The duration of your appointment will depend on the specific services you're receiving and the complexity of your desired look. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe during your consultation.

Yes, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation prior to your color or extension service. During the consultation, we will discuss your desired look, assess your hair, and provide personalized recommendations. Discuss pricing and educate you through the process.

6. Do you offer consultations before scheduling a color or extension appointment?

Of course!  However, It is a smaller space and we only have room for ONE friend/family member. Please avoid bringing kids to your appointment. You want to relax, and it's not the safest place for children. They can relax in our waiting area while you get pampered by our talented stylists.

5. Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?

You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Feel free to express your personal style! However, In photos, It is preferred a black top or something neutral so the color pops. Avoid patterns and loud colors. No Hoodies Please. And for my sanity, Please.. DO NOT wear the most expensive shirt you have, or anything that can possibly get ruined if wet. 

4. What should I wear to my appointment?

When you arrive, come inside and there is a call box. Dial Suite 208, Ex & Co. This Calls me. I will either buzz you in, or meet you in the lobby.  Feel free to relax in our comfortable waiting area until I am ready. If I buzz you in, when you come through the glass door, Turn left. You will see a hallway to your right and I am all the way on the Left at the end, by the restrooms.

Absolutely! We provide a range of extension services, including tinsel extensions for those looking to add a touch of sparkle to their hair. We do the individual strands, beaded, and V-Light.

2. Do you offer Tinsel extensions?

Yes, we have designated parking spaces available for our clients. Upon arrival, you'll find convenient parking right in front of our salon. Let's say that parking lot is full, there is parking on the side of the building, as well as street parking. Needless to say, Parking is not an issue!
